This group of mostly home-schooled middle-schoolers went on a mission to help children as they transition into foster care. Inspired by a team members’ aunt who had been in foster care as a child, the group pledged to do away with the trash bags kids transport their belongings in, and replace them with Totes of Hope.

In total, this team engaged their community, spreading their message via local radio stations, to raise $7,500 and deliver 200 totes of hope, bringing comfort to kids in one of the most challenging times of their lives.
